By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages (e.g., webinar reminders, registration confirmations, follow-up messages) from HabitCloser Holdings, LLC and/or the webinar host at the phone number provided. 4.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will confirm your unsubscription with a final message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

4.4 No Sharing of Mobile Information

4.5 A2P 10DLC Compliance

Our messaging practices comply with the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) requirements established by wireless carriers and the Campaign Registry. All messages sent through our platform are sent via registered 10DLC campaigns with proper brand registration. We maintain compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications. Our customers (webinar hosts) are required to obtain proper consent from their contacts before sending any SMS communications through our platform.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Webinar Hosts: Attendee registration and engagement data is shared with the webinar host for the purpose of facilitating the webinar and enabling follow-up communications as permitted by applicable law.
  • AI Processing: Content you provide for AI generation (e.g., webinar topics, presentation prompts) may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not share personal identifying information with AI providers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services.
